Welcome, Foodies!

If you're like me, money's tight. Time is just as difficult to find.

Yet that does not have to mean your cuisine has to be limited to the .99 cent menu at Wendy's or just a can of Campbell's soup. Even with just a few ingredients, you can make something that's as satisfying for late at night, as the snackies strike you while you study or work, as it is for a late brunch or lunch.

As a writer who often juggles multiple projects at once, I neither have the time nor money myself to do lots of eating out (and there are no restaurants for 15-25 miles). Sometimes, I may not get a real meal until 8 PM or so. So I've come up with some great recipes that can be customized to accommodate more (or less) people, often with ingredients you've already got in the kitchen, that won't break your budget yet are tempting and tasty enough that you feel like you've just gotten really splendid room service when you're oh so hungry.

As time permits, I'll be adding more recipes as I perfect them or accidentally discover them. I encourage you to do the same here.
